Part Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable is required, and knowledge of Quick Books Pro is necessary. Duties include being responsible for monthly invoicing, maintaining insurance policies, budgeting, and managing daily office operations. Ideal candidate is someone who seeks a permanent part-time position with flexible hours between 14-18 hours per week, based on your schedule, and enjoys working in a creative office setting. Salary is $10 to 12 per hour based on experience.
Applicants must:
- Be web-savvy and willing to learn new web marketing techniques.
- Be proficient with QuickBooks or Peachtree, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Have very, very strong organizational skills and mutli-tasking ability
- Enjoy taking the initiative
- Have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Sales Representative
Extensive experience working within, as well as building successful sales departments. Ability to generate new business a must. Ability to sign B-to-B clients a huge plus. The candidate must have a professional demeanor and be confident in representing/selling our services in trade show environments. He or She must be self motivated and have a take-charge attitude. Salary is base plus commission.
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Generating new business
- Developing Business to Business sales
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
Preferred:
- 3 - 5 years sales experience
- Marketing experience
- Upbeat and confident demeanor
Must:
- Have Incredible, persuasive phone skills
- Be energetic and possess the ability to sell our unique credit counseling and repair service to clients in senior management
